In order to quickly and succinctly communicate all the benefits of living at Horseshoe Ridge, we developed the tagline “Elegantly Rustic”. This concept was translated across all campaign touch points. As well as designing branded stationery, special billboards were created out of the same timber frame materials used to build the homes, and a print campaign promoted both the region and the features of the homes. All communications drove people to a specially designed website HorseshoeRidgeHomes.com, where visitors could learn more about the homes and the region, and book a viewing.
The website launched August 2012, and averaged over 60% new visitor traffic for the first 4 months. The print and billboard campaign generated increased traffic to Horseshoe Ridge Homes’, selling out phases 1 and 2 of development, and the stage was set for a successful 3rd phase.
